The Draft Car Club Strategy (Appendix 1) has been jointly developed by members of the Car Club Coalition. The Coalition includes representatives from the industry and key stakeholders including London Councils, GLA and TfL. Members’ comments are invited during this meeting and boroughs will be specifically circulated to give a further opportunity to comment.
