From 1st July 2022, London Councils will no longer accept Taxicard application forms via email. Applications received after this date will not be actioned.
Instead, please return the application to the postal address detailed on your form. If you are unsure which address to send it to please visit the following page on our website https://www.londoncouncils.gov.uk/services/taxicard/apply-taxicard-your-borough where you can find this information by selecting the borough in which you live.
If you have already submitted an application and are awaiting a response, this may take up to 8-10 weeks to process.
