LB Lewisham, Establishing a cultural competency approach to youth justice (2021)
LB Islington and LB Haringey in partnership with University of London - The Disproportionality Project: Addressing issues relating to the disproportionately high representation of Islignton's and Haringey's BAME young people in the Criminal Justice System.
Collection of good practice in schools across Lambeth, Haringey, Brent and Hackney to support BAME, and particularly young Black, students. Examples includes projects and initiatives to raise aspirations, improve outcomes, support staff and parents and develop robust support networks for young people.
London Councils report to the London Crime Reduction Board on the role of local authorities in tackling disproportionality in the criminal justice system. The report outlines key challenges across the system and proposes a range of local authority-specific and partnership actions to address these challenges.
