If you are phoning about your replacement pass, please note we are working to get your new pass to you as soon as we can, but until it arrives your existing pass will continue to work until 31 March.

If you are calling about a lost, stolen or faulty pass, please call 020 7934 9666 and leave the following details after the tone:

  • Your name
  • Your date of birth
  • Your daytime telephone number
  • Whether the pass is lost, stolen or faulty

We will endeavour to deal with your message as soon as we can.
