London Councils invites Tenders for the provision of a managed service to support the operation and administration of the Freedom Pass scheme and other transport and mobility services including Taxicard. The specification for this contract is split into four services areas;
- Application processing, data capture and data management,
- Card production and dispatch,
- Customer service centre, and,
- Call down services in areas 1, 2, and 3 for other London Councils’ transport and mobility schemes.
