if you have applied for your Freedom Pass online you will be able to track its progress by logging into your account with your username (email address) and password. We will also email you once your pass has been posted.
Please leave two to three working days from when you submit your application before trying to track it.
Cards are sent out by second-class post. If the online tracker shows that your card has been dispatched, it may take up to 10 working days to reach you.
