The company can transform idle sites (brownfields, redundant light industrial, or carparks), into safe, affordable accommodation as a meanwhile use, for example for five years while the area larger planned changes are approved. The scale of buildings and the facilities required can be tailored for each site, from 20 to 100 rooms.

Collaborating with a number of charities, the app provides information on the nearest shelter to you, allows easy donation to local shelters, and gives updates on how your donations are used. The app is currently focused on London, but will be expanding to other cities.

Settle supports young people leaving care or who are otherwise vulnerable. These groups are at particularly high risk of homelessness, 25% of all homeless people grew up in care. Settle helps young people sustain their tenancies with a mentoring programme, delivered by accredited coaches. The one to one coaching provides young people with the skills and confidence they need to live independently, reducing their need for support from local authorities.
