Recommendations
Following a discussion at Executive on 28 February about health and care transformation, this report reflects how Leaders at that meeting wished to take forward the discussion with Leaders’ Committee. Accordingly, Leaders’ Committee is asked to address the questions set out in paragraphs 34 and 35 and provide political guidance.
