London Taxicard provides subsidised transport in taxis and private-hire vehicles for people who have serious mobility or visual impairment


If you wish to make any comments, complaints or compliments about the Taxicard scheme, you should contact the taxi company in the first instance.

London Councils will receive copies of all complaints and the taxi company's response. Copies will also be sent to your Borough
