notify2 Launch

London Councils will be holding a launch event for the new notify2 system on Monday 5^th December 2011 at the London Councils offices.  

The event promises to be an interesting one where we will start by providing a short summary looking at the history of the NOTIFY project, this will be useful if we have any new users on board and in addition put the new notify2 system in context. Discussion surrounding development of the notify2 system as well as a demonstration will take place, before we round up on what the next steps are and not to forget the all important lunch, that will give all attendees the opportunity to discuss with colleagues NOTIFY and how the system is utilised in other boroughs.

It is hoped that this event will bring together supporters of the NOTIFY project and give them an opportunity to share experiences as well as have the opportunity to speak to members of OWA (Oxford Web Applications) who are the new providers of the notify2 system.

Invites and a copy of the agenda for the day have been sent to all registered users already, however if you have not received an email it’s not too late, please email Wesley at Wesley.kanyere@londoncouncils.gov.uk to reserve your space. Spaces are limited so we can only accept two users per borough in attendance for this event.
