Benefits for LEPT members

Through several means – including our website, steering group meetings every three months, bi-monthly newsletters, bi-weekly e-bulletins and one to one sessions with borough representatives, LEPT will:

  • assist and support London boroughs in developing sustainable transport and mobility projects and partnerships within a European context
  • assist and support boroughs develop their individual promotional materials to improve the profile and knowledge of London’s best practice in Europe
  • provide up to date information on European funding opportunities
  • identify European best practice in the field of sustainable transport and mobility management
  • assist and support its members to find and to work with European project partners
  • assist and support (including funding) borough officers to attend European conferences and events on sustainable transport and mobility
  • provide assistance and support to members interested in becoming more active in European policy working groups
  • help organise and facilitate staff placements for its members
