London Funders is the membership organisation of funders and investors in London’s voluntary and community sector (VCS). Its mission is to strengthen and support funders to better meet the needs of Londoners.
LVSC brings London voluntary and community sector organisations together to learn and share best practice and to create a co-ordinated voice to influence policy makers. We provide policy briefings, up-to-date information on management and funding, advice and support for voluntary and community groups, topical e-bulletins and short courses for those working in the sector.
Voluntary Sector Forum (VSF) Opens in a new window is the independent network of all London Councils' commissioned VCS organisations and is a good source of information and advice on London Councils' policy and processes, a cohesive voice for commissioned groups and provides opportunities to come together to share good practice. The City Bridge Trust makes grants of £15 million a year to charitable projects benefiting the inhabitants of Greater London.
Big Lottery Fund Every year BIG gives out millions of pounds from the National Lottery to good causes. Our money goes to community groups and to projects that improve health, education and the environment.
The City Parochial Foundation (CPF) aims to enable and empower the poor of London to tackle poverty and its root causes, and ensure that its funds reach those most in need.
