Just to tell you that some days after the training I was walking home from school when my ex boyfriend come up to me in the street. He was following and harassing me for months and I didn't know what to do about it and I just tried very hard to ignore him. This time he stepped right into my space and he would not let me go. When I tried to push past him he hit me with his belt.
Straight away I did something we learned in the training, stepping back, putting my hands up and shouting very loud 'No, go away, leave me alone, I don't know you'. I was shouting so loud that four people come running to help me and he run (ran) away really fast. I had to tell my parents, which was difficult, but I feel really good (now) because it had been going on for ages and I was getting afraid of going out on my own.
Thank you for the training which is something every girl should have.
