I want to let you know that for the first time in my life I did something about the abuse that my mother, my sister and me have been putting up with all our lives. A few weeks ago when my Dad started again shouting and pushing my Mum I went out and called the police. Since this happened, many things have changed.

Things are quiet and we feel safer now. I wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the training because it made me realise that abuse IS A CRIME and not something you have to put up with. It hurt a lot calling the police on my Dad but we hope things will get better. I am so proud of myself! My Mum too is very proud of me.
