I know about Casa de la Salud Hispano Americana (CASAHA) since 2000 when I went with my two children - a baby boy of 15 months and a two year old girl. I chose this service because it is in my language, qualified staff who knows first hand the health needs of us Latin Americans in London.

In the last two years we have been involved in the ‘Creating health for London kids and weight management programme’ because I too have problems with my weight. We have changed our lifestyle and healthy eating with the help and support of CASAHA’s staff and we are improving our health as well as our lives. 

My children love to be involved in CASAHA activities because it is like a home for us where all of us have the opportunity to meet other  parents and they can meet other children.
