How we monitor our grants

Because London Councils distributes public funding, it is important that we carefully monitor how the funding is used. Funded groups submit a 6 month and annual monitoring report each year.

The main focus of the monitoring is:

• Delivery
• Outcomes
• Outputs
• Borough spread
• Quality of service/ user involvement

• Governance
• Planning and partnership working
