Quality Assurance Systems

London Councils expects all funded organisations to work towards a quality standard or framework.

The list available to download below, prepared by the Performance Hub of ChangeUp, contains some common quality standards, frameworks and other approaches to quality that can be used by third sector organisations, and where to go for more information. This list is by no means exhaustive!

Alternatively, your organisation may wish to work towards a quality assurance mark/ framework specific to your sector for example:

Children and young people:
