London Councils monitors the progress of all its funded groups and projects. This is to ensure that the expected levels of service delivery are being achieved as planned and that service provision in target boroughs is in-line with funding agreements.

As a funded organisation, you are required to complete and submit annual and six-monthly returns.

  • Annual returns usually cover the 12 months from April to March.
  • Six-monthly returns cover the period from April to September.

You will be sent a link to your account a month before the returns deadline, where a form will be ready for you to fill in. However, you may wish to look at the documents below as a representation of the questions that will be included.

Please note that these forms are for information only and should not be completed. Please await the availability of the online form, before you complete and submit your returns.

Monitoring returns will be completed online (in a similar form to the application process).
