Congratulations on receiving London Councils funding. This is your resource to support you with reporting requirements and communications.

In this section you will find a number of useful sections to help with any queries you may have. These appear on the left hand menu.

The monitoring requirements for London Councils commissioned organisations are as follows (full grant requirements can be found in the Grant Conditions section of the funding agreement):

Six-monthly monitoring return form – this covers 6 months from 1 April – 30 September (no matter when the funding starts)
Annual monitoring return form – this covers 12 months from 1 April – 31 March (no matter when the funding starts)
Audited Accounts – including ‘section 37 statement’ – due within 9 months of the end of your financial year

Voluntary Sector Forum

Voluntary Sector Forum (VSF) is the independent network of all London Councils' commissioned VCS organisations and is a good source of information and advice on London Councils' policy and processes, a cohesive voice for commissioned groups and provides opportunities to come together to share good practice.
