A. You can travel anywhere in London within the 6 zones and a few Tube and rail routes outside this area. See When and where to use your freedom pass for details.
You can travel on most local buses in London and in the rest of England.
Q. What should I do if I fall while I'm on a bus?
A. If you experience a fall, please alert the bus driver. In addition, you can contact London Buses Consumer Services on 0845 300 7000. It is important that your fall is recorded.
Your call will help bus companies continue to improve safety with bus travel. If you fall, or if you are worried about falling, your GP can refer you to a specialist team in your area, who can work with you to help you feel steadier and reduce your risk of falling.

Q. If I am planning a trip out of London can I use my pass?
A. You can travel to a few National Rail stations beyond the London borough boundaries. You can use the whole of the tube network. You can use your pass (except for discretionary disabled pass) on local buses anywhere in England between 9:30am and 11:00pm Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and on public holidays. You will need to show your freedom pass and photocard to the bus driver.
