Wrong name on your pass?
We will cancel your current pass and reissue you with a replacement. Please fill out our contact form including your home address and date of birth and confirm the correct spelling of your name, or call our helpline (0300 330 1433).
As soon as we have cancelled your pass it will stop working on the readers, but you are still allowed to use it as a visual pass that you show to the ticket inspector/bus driver until you receive your new one in the post.

Please note you cannot apply for a Freedom Pass by post - you have to apply in person at a Post Office
