Wrong name on your card?
We will cancel your current card and reissue you with a corrected version. Please fill out our contact form including your home address and date of birth and confirm the correct spelling of your name, or call our helpline (0845 275 7054).
As soon as we have cancelled your card it will stop working the automatic readers but you are still allowed to use it as a visual pass that you show to the ticket inspector/bus driver until you receive your new one in the post.
