The website is divided into a public access area and registered user area. The public access area is open to anyone and has links and resources in the public domain related to information sharing, information governance and data security.

The registered user area has a discussion forum, a ‘Who’s Who’ directory providing contact details for registered Data Share London members, further resources on best practice, protocols, guidance on information sharing, training materials, and statistical information about social care and health in London from a variety of groups.
