COMMERCE has delivered a strategic approach to the promotion of mobility plans in the cities of London, Paris, Budapest, Bucharest, Kaunas and Plovdiv. It was part funded by the Intelligent Energy Europe Programme for the duration 2007-10, although the associated Mobility Plan programmes are designed to last on a long-term basis.
