The Future of School Funding - What's changing?

The second stage of the government's consultation on schools National Funding Formula (NFF) ended on 22 March 2017. The aim of the formula is to address gaps in school funding between different geographical areas by using a new method to distribute cash.
 
These changes to school budgets are due to take effect in 2018/19. London Councils, which represents the 32 London boroughs and the City of London, was keen to highlight the impact the NFF will have on London’s schools and the wider economy.
