London Councils' publication scheme

The Freedom of Information Act imposes a statutory duty on each public authority to produce a Publication Scheme, setting out what information it will make available as a matter of course, how and when it will do so, and whether or not it will be made available free of charge.

London Councils' Publication Scheme contains classes of information that has been made available to the public. Broad definitions of these classes have been adopted as part of our commitment to greater openness. The Scheme will be periodically reviewed to ensure that the information provided is up to date.
