London Councils has published 'Fairer Funding for Councils', identifying why the government’s approach to funding does not treat all councils fairly. This series of leaflets looks at why funding is being distributed to councils without adequately reflecting client needs and examines why some councils with high needs are losing out on funding to others with lower needs.
