The Future Development of Air Transport in the United Kingdom - South East

London boroughs, through the Association of London Government (ALG) have demonstrated a strong unanimity in the ALG's response to the Government's consultation, "The Future Development of Air Transport in the United Kingdom: South East".

The ALG has objected to unconstrained growth in air transport. Whilst air transport offers benefits in terms of our freedom to move around the globe, this comes at a cost, not only in terms of the ticket price we pay for air fares but also in air pollution, noise and land take to mention but a few.
