Mobility Forum Review

Mott MacDonald has been commissioned by London Councils to carry out a review of the existence and execution of Mobility Forums (MFs) within London boroughs in order to:

• identify best practice; and
• If appropriate establish a framework for the implementation of MFs at borough level. 

A further aspect of the commission has been to investigate the potential for a pan-London forum and if appropriate how this may be executed alongside existing mechanisms. In order to address these tasks, research was carried out in the form of telephone interviews, attendance at a MF meeting and a borough workshop.
