Context

This manifesto has been developed following a series of roundtable discussions with stakeholders in London and nationally, as well as events at each of the three main party conferences last autumn.

It is rooted in the experience of how our member authorities deliver with, and for, local communities and citizens.

It is based on what they have achieved and what more could be achieved if these propositions were to advance.
