By any reckoning London is one of the world’s most remarkable cities. But, as those responsible for planning, developing, and delivering the myriad services that keep London thriving are well aware, London is also a city of remarkable challenges.
From parking to adult care, from waste services to library services and from planning to education, it is the capital’s 33 local councils that are responsible for the majority of services Londoners use and need daily.
