Children's services finance - response to the Pupil Premium Consultation

On 26 July 2010, the Department for Education (DfE) issued a consultation paper, ‘Consultation on school funding 2011-12 – Introducing a pupil premium, setting out proposals for the distribution of school funding for 2011-12, including the introduction of a pupil premium to top up funding to disadvantaged pupils. 

We have compiled a list of questions to raise with DfE about the consultation.  These questions were discussed at the Children and Young People’s Finance Heads Meeting at London Councils on 15 September 2010.
