The London Local Authorities Act 2007 Opens in a new window(previously the 9th London Local Authorities Bill), also contains several provisions allowing London councils to tackle flyposting, graffiti, littering and abandoned vehicles. The 2007 Act required London Councils to produce two Codes of Practice:
