The core datasets agreed between the boroughs, London Councils and the GLA are:

Resident Population (ONS Mid Year Estimates)

Resident Population (GLA projection)

Employment rate of work age population (via the Annual Population Survey) - use the wizard query

Unemployment rate (ILO and Working Age) (available through the borough statistical summary)

Number of Jobs (workplace based) by broad industry group available through the ABI Business survey: registration and fee required

Percentage of the working age resident population educated to: (available through the borough statistical summary)

• NVQ level 2 or higher
• NVQ level 3 or higher
• NVQ level 4 or higher
• Degree level or above

Percentage of the working age resident with no qualifications(available through the borough statistical summary)

New business start up rates (NI 171)

Count of death of enterprises

Percentage of small businesses showing employment growth (NI 172)

Percentage of Super Output Areas in the 20% most deprived in England (Where appropriate to the borough, as not all have SOAs in the bottom 20%)
