
The Strategic Policy Team works closely with key partners, made up of the police, local authorities, Greater London Authorities and the LFEPA to help ensure that structures are in place so that London is fully prepared for terrorist attacks or other major emergencies such as the extreme weather experienced in the winter of 2010/2011. In London, with the context of a regional police force and fire authority as well as the established London Resilience arrangements, London-wide co-operation is a major focus.
