A toolkit aimed at London's voluntary sector, building on the valuable work done by the inquiry into the racist murder of Stephen Lawrence and strengthens the (then) Association of London Government's underlying commitment to making racial equality a key component of providing a quality service.

Contains guidelines on how to identify and share good practice, to work with partners and to influence local, regional and national policy.
