London Regional Resilience Forum Local Authority Panel Business Plan and Review 2008 - 2009

This Business Plan and Review details the work of the Local Authority Panel Secretariat in 2007-08 and sets out the key priorities and challenges for 2008-09 including the targets and performance standards that need to be achieved. 

The improvement measures and key projects which have been identified for next year demonstrate the practical steps the Secretariat will be taking to contribute to the strategic aims of the Local Authority Panel and the London Fire Brigade.   

In addition to regular reporting within LFEPA and an annual process to the London Councils' Leaders' Committee, the Local Authority Panel and the Local Authority Implementation Group, detailed work programmes and action plans can be produced as required and will include any changes that may be necessary to reflect new priorities or initiatives which occur.
