Lee Valley Regional Park Authority

  • By London Councils

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority runs open spaces and sports venues along the 26 mile long, 10,000 acre Lee Valley Regional Park. The park was created by a unique Act of Parliament as a “green lung” for London, Essex and Hertfordshire.

The Authority’s Board sets the strategy for the Authority. It is made up of elected councillor Members nominated by their own councils from across the regional constituency of London, Essex and Hertfordshire. There are 28 Members, including eight nominated by London Councils.
