Culture and the Comprehensive Area Assessment
In February 2009 Councils received their final scores under Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA). Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA) replaced this system and results can be viewed on the Oneplace website.

The Performance Book for Culture 2008 Opens in a new window brings together all of the cultural indications for local government in London including CPA scores, Culture block indicators, public library service standards, sports participation levels for young people and adults and satisfaction scores for cultural services.
Culture in Local Area Agreements
