Social Care and Organisational Development Network

London Councils provides this network to discusses national and regional issues as well as focusing on sharing best practice and lessons learned on the ground.

Objectives

The aim of the network is to provide HR and OD professionals working to improve social care for adults, with an opportunity to share ideas and information focused on continued improvement and efficiency gains in developing services.

Our Members

Heads of Human Resources for adult and community services and workforce development and organisational development managers.

Chair:  The network is chaired by Alan Galloway from Hillingdon AGalloway@Hillingdon.gov.uk.
