Business and commerce
The London Chamber of Commerce & Industry represents business in the capital – from small and medium sized operations to the largest. There are currently about 3,500 companies in membership. www.londonchamber.co.uk Opens in a new window
London First is a business membership group supported by 300 of the capital’s leading businesses. Its role is to promote London, and to lobby government for investment and improvements to ensure London retains its status as a leading world city. The London CBI is the regional office of the UK’s primary lobbying organisation for business. Its role is to lobby British and international legislators to ensure conditions are right for UK businesses to compete effectively. The London Business Board brings together the three organisations (LCCI, London First and London CBI) to present a single voice for business in London.
