London Statistics

Satisfaction with council services

Overall, Londoners' satisfaction with their local council is increasing over time according to research by Ipsos MORI.

Generally, satisfaction is slightly higher in inner London than in outer boroughs (71 per cent and 66 per cent respectively). However, the divide is largest among younger residents; of the 18 to 24 age group, 56 per cent in outer London say they are satisfied with their local area compared with 69 per cent in inner London.
