In the recent Change newsletter, Steer Davies Gleave featured an article on how Motivational Interviewing is being used in the transport industry to facilitate long term behaviour change. The technique has been used in the health service for many years to help people change potentially damaging behaviour, such as drug and alcohol misuse.
