Aimed primarily for corporate HR practitioners in the London boroughs this resource provides in-depth information and support networks on many aspects of the personnel function, including pay and rewards, HR policies, recruitment & retention, and workforce planning.
Pay and Employee Relations Network
The network meets quarterly and is aimed at corporate HR managers in the London boroughs. Its purpose is to:
- Share and exchange ideas regarding intended and planned employment policies and practices.
- Exchange information on compensation and benefits - including trends and future developments
Workforce Intelligence Group
Greater demand is being placed on boroughs, through the Pay and Workforce Strategy and the Gershon Review, to be able to provide accurate and timely workforce data. This group aims to develop best practice in boroughs ability to collect and collate information on their workforce.
HR Policies & Procedures
If you are currently reviewing or developing your HR policies then this is the resource you need with over 1,200 policies from all thirty-two London boroughs plus the City of London.
Surveys
We provide a research and intelligence service on all matters related to employment services, organisational development and modernisation in local government, particularly comparative pay information and people management benchmarking.
