Human Resources Improvement Programme
This is a wide-ranging modular programme, set within the context of the Pay and Workforce Strategy and London's overall Performance and Improvement agenda. It is the first programme of its type aimed at the HR professionals in London authorities.
The modules, which operate on broad Action Learning principles, are listed below. Participants on the programme (and other interested members of the HR community) can access information relating to their particular module by clicking that particular link.
Each group has produced a product, and these are available on this site, listed by module title. The Final Event for the HRIP, on September 8 2006, was designed to let participants showcase their products and identify any further actions that could be taken under the Human Resource Improvement Programme (HRIP) banner. Some products may be further modified as a result, so please check this page for updates.
Also available in this section are background documents relating to the start of the programme, some independent research about data issues, and some documents of general interest to HR practitioners.
