Our funded groups: Frequently Asked Questions
Q: We receive transitional funding, can we apply for more than just the service we have been aligned with?
A: Yes - like all organisations there are no limitations on the number of services you may make applications to deliver on.
Q: I was expecting a payment from London Councils but it hasn't arrived?
A: Payments are made quarterly in January, April, July and October. Check that you have submitted
- a funding agreement
- a set of audited accounts
- a completed six-monthly monitoring form
- a signed undertaking
- for one off grants, proof of expenditure
If any of the above have not been submitted, contingencies are placed on payments until the paper work is received. If you have submitted all of this information and there is still no payment, contact your grants officer.
Q: What does London Councils mean by Outputs and Outcomes?
A: Outputs are the number of people you serve and the range of services you provide.
Outcomes are the differences you have actually made to peoples' lives as a result of your organisations' interventions.
Please see our 'What are outcomes?' webpage for further information.
