Next year will mark 25 years of the grant-giving scheme organised by the London boroughs collectively to support the work of the capital's voluntary and community sector. For over a quarter of a century, London's leaders have always looked to maximise the value of their input in improving the lives of Londoners.
To that end, in 2004 London Councils appointed an independently chaired Grants Review Board to investigate its future role and scope in funding the voluntary and community sector.
The London Councils Grants annual report provides an opportunity to reflect on what has been delivered and what continues to be delivered by voluntary and community sector organisations funded by London boroughs today.
