London Councils and the organisations it funds are partners motivated by a common aim - the provision of key services for the benefit of Londoners.
We require an acknowledgement of our funding to raise awareness of the work we and the local boroughs do. It is also important for local communities to know which organisations are funding services provided by the voluntary and community sector.
As part of London Councils grant conditions, organisations must acknowledge the support of London Councils in all printed materials by using the approved logo and wording as appropriate.
Any literature about our funded projects must include our logo, the grants website address and wording about our work.
All London Councils funded organisations will need to follow these requirements as failure to comply could result in the withdrawal of funding.
Use of the London Councils logo
The London Councils logo should be used in colour if the document concerned is in colour (Sample A)
If the document is in black and white - and using a colour logo will involve additional cost - organisations should then use the black and white version (Sample B).
If you are printing in a limited number of colours the logo may be used in any single colour, or simply reversed out in white only (Sample C).
The logo should be used:- on all literature about the project or organisation including press releases and marketing materials.
