
This session looked at the benefits and the potential pitfalls of popular technologies such as Facebook, blogs and Twitter, and how councillors and councils use them to communicate with residents. Speakers explained how they use 'social media' to stay in touch with their community and explained how other councillors and candidates could benefit by doing the same.
