One of the primary events in the London local government calendar, the Summit provides access to more than 300 London local councillors. Held annually for more than a decade, this flagship conference is a unique opportunity to network with councillors from across London and key individuals in the public sector.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday 17 November in a central London location.
Having an exhibition stand provides you with the opportunity to get some valuable face-to-face contact with delegates. Throughout the day you will be able to discuss issues relevant to your business with the decision-makers in London local authorities.
Exhibition spaces are all located within the busy catering area - ensuring you are guaranteed good footfall throughout the day. Delegates are directed upon arrival to the exhibition/catering area, as well as during lunch and both morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.
The cost of an exhibition space includes a 100 word listing in the conference programme and two complimentary delegate places to run the exhibition stand and attend the conference sessions.
This year we are introducing a new feature - 'micro-surgeries' - offering councillors and exhibitors the opportunity of one-to-one time to discuss solutions to local issues. Micro-surgeries, while not suitable for all exhibitors, will offer a great way of targeting delegates and provide a chance to build relationships. If you are interested in finding out how you could make this work for you, please contact us.
Cost: start at £2,000 (Please note that these stands are VAT exempt)
