Response to Planning White Paper and associated consultations

This report contains draft responses to the Government's consultation on the 'Planning for a Sustainable Future: White Paper' and four associated documents. The response is based on a paper discussed at Leaders' Committee on 10 July 2007 and incorporates comments made at that meeting. It was agreed then that the final draft response be cleared through urgency procedures.
